Part 1: Presentation and Workshop - September 20, 2024 (6:30pm - 8:30pm) Gather at Elevate Co-Working, a women-centric co-working community in Wilmington, NC, to participate in an engaging and transformative session led by Jen Carter. Jen's path to coaching began with a personal voyage of self-discovery, culminating in her certification as an Integrative Health Coach and training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at Duke Integrative Medicine. After a fulfilling career as a pediatric physical therapist, Jen has dedicated herself to empowering women by fostering genuine connections, and supporting them in liberating themselves from habits, limiting beliefs, and repetitive behavior patterns. Her mission is to help women wholeheartedly embrace their unique selves and savor the incredible moments of their lives.
Part 2: Masonboro Island Kayak Adventure - September 21, 2024 (9am - 2pm) Join us at Trails End Park on Wilmington's picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, where expert kayaking guide and WOA owner, Kay Lynn Hernandez will provide you with fundamental kayak instruction before launching on your guided excursion to Masonboro Island.
